HOTEL

  • Our reception hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm seven days per week. Should you be arriving outside of our reception hours we will need to organise an after-hours check in for you.

  • Yes. Our Deluxe Studio Apartment has sofas that can be turned into beds, so you can include an extra person in the apartment. Additional linen for the sofa beds can be provided on request at a rate of $20 per night. Baby cots can also be requested for an extra $30.

  • Yes. We have safe luggage storage facilities where we can hold your luggage during office hours.

  • Check-in is 2:00pm and check-out is 10:00am.

  • Yes. All rooms come with unlimited WiFi.

FACILITIES

  • The hotel does not have a gym, however, we are partnered with local gyms if you do require somewhere for strength training.

  • We don’t have a dedicated business hub, however, all rooms are equipped with free and unlimited high-speed WiFi and desks. Printing, faxing and scanning are also available from reception. You can email your printing needs to durham@legacyhotels.com.au

  • Parking is available for $25 per night, reservations are required due to limited space.

  • The hotel does not have a swimming pool, however, we are within walking distance from the Glenelg Beach.

  • Yes! Ask reception to organise dry cleaning for you. We only work with trustworthy companies in Adelaide.

  • While we do not offer breakfast on-site, there are numerous fantastic cafes and eateries along Jetty Road, just a short walk from the hotel. You'll find a variety of options to suit all tastes, from cozy coffee shops and bakeries to cafes offering a full breakfast menu.

  • To ensure a safe, comfortable, and healthy environment for all our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy throughout our hotel premises, including all guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces. Smoking is prohibited to protect our guests from the harmful effects of secondhand smoke and to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

    Guests found violating this policy may incur a cleaning fee to cover the cost of restoring the room to a smoke-free condition.

BOOKING

  • Yes! When you book directly with us, you have up until 24 hours before your arrival date to cancel or change the booking. Third-party website bookings are subject to different rules.

  • Yes. All bookings require a credit card on file.

  • Yes. A security bond will be required upon arrival.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards. We do not accept cash payments as cash is not held on premises.
