If you expect to arrive outside of office hours, please advise the property of your approximate arrival time so that they can advise you of the after-hours check-in procedure.

Please note that there is a 1.5% non-refundable charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card and a 3% non-refundable charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.

A credit card pre-authorization of AUD 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals, such as late check-out, car park, cleaning fee, or damage. The pre-authorization will be released if there are no incidentals on check-out. A cash bond is not accepted.

Covered parking is available upon request and is subject to availability.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Pets are NOT allowed.
